Q: When will my order ship?
A: In stock items ordered by 3:00 PM CST M-F will ship out same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship out the following business day.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: Parts shipped via UPS Ground generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive anywhere in the lower 48 states. We offer expedited services such as UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air.
Q: How will I know if a part is backordered?
A: As one of the largest stocking pump distributors in North America, we strive to keep large quantities of parts on hand to ensure fast shipping. However, if an item is backordered you will be notified immediately via email.
