Q: When will my order ship?
A: In stock items ordered by 3:00 PM CST M-F will ship out sameday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship out the following business day.
Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: Parts shipped via UPS Ground generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive anywhere in the lower 48 states. We offer expedited services such as UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air.
Q: How will I know if a part is backordered?
A: As one of the largest stocking pump distributors in North America, we strive to keep large quantities of parts on hand to ensure fast shipping. However, if an item is backordered you will be notified immediately via email. If you want to make sure that an item is in stock before placing your order online, please call 1-855-362-2326 and we will be glad to check our inventory.
Returns Policy
Items Purchased Online Only: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
